Our range of innovative services are designed to support people experiencing poor mental wellbeing.

  • Referring yourself

Referring yourself is easy via our online form. After we receive your form you will be contacted to ensure the service is suitable for you.

Most of our services are self-referral meaning they are open for anyone experiencing mental health problems who feel they may benefit by referring themselves. BYW is the only exception where a professional referral via secondary mental health care  (i.e.referral from a specialist mental health team or psychiatrist) is required.

  • ARC

The ARC (Active Rural Connections) project aims to bring our services to Wrexham's rural communities.
